A 5-day challenge that will get you started on your healthy lifestyle by introducing you to 5 simple, easy, healthy habits that you can do every day. The aim of the challenge is to get you feeling a bit lighter, fresher, more energetic and more positive, encouraging you to keep it up!

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

The challenge will be run through a closed Facebook group.

You will be expected to stick to the 5 habits for all 5 days.

You will be prompted to post in the group every day.

There will be additional, optional, daily challenges.

You will receive an initial welcome email which provides you with the challenge timetable.

You will receive another email on the Friday before the challenge starts with an invitation to join the Facebook group and your task list.
